Fluid needed a product that brings website building, content sharing, payments, and commission tracking into one clean system. The business goal was to help reps share confidently, help customers understand better, and make the entire buying process smooth.
User Need
Reps want one tool where they can find content, share links, check commissions, and build simple pages without technical skills. Customers want a clear path from “curious” to “ready to buy” without feeling pressured or lost.
Product Vision
Build a platform that supports the full We-Commerce journey from awareness to education to checkout. Everything should work together so reps can guide people naturally, and customers can make decisions at their own pace.
Solution
I designed Fluid so every part of the platform feels organized and easy to follow. CRM, content, messages, commissions, page building, and payments each have clear sections, and the layout stays consistent across web and mobile. Reps can share content in seconds, build MySite pages without effort, and track every click and sale through MySite™. The goal was to make the whole system feel connected from start to finish so both reps and customers always know what’s happening and what to do next.
